We need a process driven individual that has proven self-management skills. This job requires excellent customer skills in both spoken and written format. His or her performance will be measured by their problem solving skills, tenacity, and overall work ethic and attitude. This person will have the wisdom and integrity to manage and operate at a high level of profitability and autonomy. There will be a 90-day trial period. |Duties:||Duties: Duties include but are not limited to plumbing repair/replacement in commercial, industrial, and residential. Drain cleaning for commercial, industrial, and residential. Follow plumbing codes, permits, inspection requirements. Bidding and pricing plumbing jobs, project management. |
|Qualifications:||Qualifications: Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License, knowledge of plumbing and other mechanical systems. Ability to obtain Washington plumbers license within first 90 days of hire. (already posses Journeyman’s license in both states WA & OR a plus) Able to pass pre-employment checks that include driving record, drug-test, and criminal history. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Excellent communication skills, able to lift 50 pounds or more, available to work nights, and weekends work well as a team; have desire for continual self-growth.|
